Need something engraved? We offer quality results by our on-staff jewelry engraver. We want to help your memories last a lifetime.
Custom Design
We focus on custom designs to help you create jewelry that is like nothing else. We work with both Computer Aided Design (CAD) and wax carving. CAD custom pieces include a computer-made image of your new piece of jewelry. Also, you can see a plastic mold before we create your final piece. You will be included in every step of the process to make sure you are pleased with your custom design. Wax carvings are handmade by our master jeweler in the old tradition of jewelry design. Quality and satisfaction are our most important focus with all custom jewelry.

Appraisals
We offer quality jewelry appraisals with all jewelry purchases within the store.Also, customers may bring in previously owned items for our jewelry appraisers. At Duff’s, we recommend all our customers insure their jewelry. This is done by an “all risk” policy with their insurance company of choice or with Jeweler’s Mutual.
All jewelry appraisals include a detailed description of the item, a color photograph of the item and an appraisal value. When bringing items in for appraisal, we ask that you bring any prior appraisals, certifications and paperwork on the items.

We offer watch repair for all brands and styles of watches. A certified watchmaker performs all watch repairs. We recommend that all fine watches get cleaning at least once every three years. Bring in your broken watches for a repair estimate. Watch repairs include a one year warranty on the repaired elements. Our main concern is to make sure you receive the highest quality repair available.
